We accept returns for purchases you have made in error (eg accidentally ordered the wrong size, colour or wrong fit) or if something is faulty, incorrectly described or significantly different from the sample shown provided it meets the following guidelines:
- Return within 7 days
- Return with proof of purchase
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
- Item is not listed as a sale/clearance or on promotion
Exchanges for an item in a different size will depend on availability of stock. If no stock is available, you can either request to have a new item made which will take 4 weeks to produce or request a refund. If the new item is a different product and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference.
Returns and Exchange Process
Postage for exchange or refund back to us will be borne by you. Once received, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.
